What you'd actually do

  1. As a high agency, self motivated problem solver, build innovative, definitional, high impact AI solutions with Microsoft's strategic customer solutions on the Azure platform.
  2. Develop complex systems from ideation to rapid prototyping to well-engineered, tested and documented code in production.
  3. Identify high-value patterns across solutions, build durable assets in response, and share learnings.
  4. Maintain and extend personal leadership in the rapidly evolving landscape of agentic AI at scale through active learnings and experimentation.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with complete AI solutions (storage, compute, inference) in production running on hyperscale platforms based on modern generative AI models.
  • Comfortable with using design thinking and rapid prototyping to iterate quickly over ambiguous solution space.
  • Enjoy highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary co-development teams that include software engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Enjoy travel and are comfortable with travel up to 25%
