Responsibilities
• Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Collaborating closely with UX & UI designers, product managers, program managers, and other engineers throughout the product feature development lifecycle. • Driving technical excellence and innovation by identifying gaps and implementing best practices. • Ensuring the team follows agile methodologies and maintains a high level of productivity. • Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
**Required/Minimum Qualifications **
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
