Autodesk is seeking a Principal Solution Development Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end content production pipeline for a digital consulting platform. This role involves managing requirements, sourcing content from internal and external contributors, overseeing production, and validating results with customers. The goal is to transform implementation expertise into customer-facing content.

What you'd actually do

  1. Intake content requirements from subject matter experts, product managers, and other platform colleagues and translate them into production plans with clear scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria
  2. Source and manage content contributors across multiple channels: internal consultants and SMEs, external vendors, and contractors
  3. Develop and maintain content briefs, production standards, and quality gates that enable consistent output regardless of who produces the content
  4. Manage contributor relationships including scoping, contracting, and quality review
  5. Track and report on pipeline throughput: what's in progress, what's blocked, what's delivered, what's next

  • Has experience working with technical subject matter experts who have deep knowledge but limited availability for content creation
  • Has run customer validation sessions or user research for content, products, or services and can translate qualitative feedback into production decisions
