This role focuses on analyzing and streamlining business processes related to CRM utilization and adoption of MS365 CRM, involving stakeholder engagement and change management. It does not involve direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and analyse all CRM users’ business processes.
  2. Categorize and align all various CRM user processes.
  3. Lead alignment workshops sessions and communicate with stakeholder.
  4. Map current and future state processes.
  5. Define and assist in delivery of change management sessions.
