The role involves leading discovery sessions, presenting solutions, managing pilots, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end solution engagements.
  2. Lead discovery sessions with customer executives and stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  3. Design and deliver presentations, demos, and solution concepts that align Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities with customer outcomes.
  4. Clearly articulate Service Cloud differentiation and advantages, ensuring customer confidence.
  5. Lead pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), providing technical guidance and ensuring successful outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years in solutions engineering, enterprise software consulting, or digital transformation roles (SaaS/cloud preferred).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles (CxO, IT, and line-of-business leaders).
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
  • Interest in AI, data, and automation and their impact on the future of work.
  • Strong collaboration, time management, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of presales experience in SaaS (sales engineering, solution consulting, etc.).
  • Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Vertical industry expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
