Project Manager role at Northrop Grumman supporting the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) Operating Unit on the Operating Unit Proposal team. Responsibilities include leading proposal activities, managing contractual requirements, cost, schedule, and technical elements, and coordinating with various engineering and manufacturing functions. Requires experience with DoD contracts, proposal development, and Earned Value Management (EVM).

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops, plans and schedules proposals.
  2. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
  3. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
  4. Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts.
  5. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings.
