This role is for a Principal Strategic Transformation Program Leader within AWS Professional Services in Korea. The primary focus is on leading and delivering complex, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs for strategic customers. The role involves translating C-suite priorities into executable strategies, managing program execution, advising executives, and ensuring tangible business outcomes. While the role works with AI and cloud services, the core craft is program leadership and transformation, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs
  2. Translate customer strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, plans, and success metrics
  3. Chair executive steering committees, drive critical decisions, and manage escalations
  4. Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, helping shape transformation vision and investment strategy
  5. Own program P&L, ensuring revenue targets and margins are delivered as planned

Skills

Required

  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
  • Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences
  • Experience orchestrating delivery across complex, multi-party, and matrixed environments involving partners
  • 10+ years of experience with proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programs

  • Experience with AWS platforms, services, and design patterns
