What you'd actually do

  1. Perform system definition activities for features and DRs, including by defining use cases, requirements, and feature acceptance criteria.
  2. Supporting cross-IPT development of system and segment level requirements and use cases
  3. Implementing requirements verification methodology and traceability
  4. Supporting development of interface definitions and integration plans
  5. Conducting formal integration and support capabilities-based system level testing of fully integrated complex software and hardware subsystems

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field and 5 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM field 3 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and 1 year of relevant military / professional experience
  • active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
  • ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Nice to have

  • Current SAP clearance to program
  • Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills.
  • Experience in ICD development and integration
  • Experience in System Test
  • Proven ability to brief technical presentations to stakeholders.
  • Experience with multiple disciplines across Systems Engineering, incl. requirements, integration, technical configuration management (CM or Technical Baseline), cyber
  • Experience in DOORS & Atlassian Tool Suite
  • Experience with Agile Design Methodology
