This role focuses on implementing and optimizing AI-enabled healthcare technology solutions, partnering with clients and internal teams to improve workflows and outcomes. The analyst will configure, test, and support these solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to the adoption of AI capabilities within healthcare operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead implementation activities for Oracle Health products and AI-driven solutions.
  2. Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
  3. Configure, test, and optimize applications to meet customer and business objectives.
  4. Support data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
  5. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and desired outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in systems implementation, healthcare technology, product delivery, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with software implementation lifecycle methodologies, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle Health solutions, including Revenue Cycle, RevElate, Soarian Financials, Millennium, or related healthcare applications.
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, clinical workflows, or healthcare data management.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments and modern healthcare technology ecosystems.
  • Project leadership experience in complex, cross-functional implementations.
