The Principal Technical Account Manager will lead strategic Direct Advertiser engagements, deepening integrations with clients and partners. This role involves translating company initiatives through streamlined technical operations, managing post-sale technical relationships, identifying opportunities to leverage platform capabilities, leading project tracking and portfolio goals, managing product prioritization, and facilitating custom solutions. The role requires strong technical consulting, project/program management, and relationship management skills, with a curiosity for learning new technologies, specifically around AI solutions. Experience with digital advertising technology, SQL, web technologies, and APIs is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the post-sale technical relationship for portfolio of accounts spanning across CPG client-direct advertisers. Participate in strategic meetings to support engagements that require technical consultation
  2. Know our capabilities and differentiators to help the team identify opportunities to leverage them to solve business needs and support revenue growth
  3. Lead the development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and define a framework for reporting progress with leadership.
  4. Manage product prioritization, reflecting the business needs over time for TAM leadership
  5. Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions to be scaled across dedicated advertiser portfolio
