The Principal Technical Product Manager will define and own the product strategy, feature design, and technology approach for an externally-offered service within the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization. This role involves working with emerging technologies like generative AI and agentic experiences to reimagine messaging workflows and create new capabilities. The product manager will serve as the Voice of the Customer, define the service vision, business strategy, and technology strategy, and make trade-off decisions to ship the right product faster. The role also includes owning launches, post-launch performance, and critical incident response.
