The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world’s leading AI innovators. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and brings people together to deliver outcomes that matter. What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
- Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
- Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes.
- Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch.
- Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
