Principal Technical Program Manager to own the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of IaaS and PaaS deployment models and services on OCI, specifically focused on sovereignty. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, managing schedules, risks, and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of value in a fast-paced, agile environment. Requires strong problem-solving, business judgment, and collaboration skills, with knowledge of sovereign regulatory practices in the EU.

What you'd actually do

  1. own the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of IaaS and PaaS deployment models and services on OCI specifically focused on sovereignty
  2. lead us through planning and designing technical solutions to solve the cloud sovereignty business’s problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
  3. define project scopes, plan, and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
  4. organize and lead project status and working meetings
  5. manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years’ experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields
  • 3+ years’ experience in software program management and/or engineering management
  • Knowledgeable of sovereign regulatory practices and trends in the European Union
