What you'd actually do

  1. Lead complex cross-org programs through the full program lifecycle: intake, planning, execution, launch/readiness, and retrospectives with measurable outcomes.
  2. Lead security/compliance programs that integrate controls into the development lifecycle (“shift left with care”), emphasizing automation and tooling over checklist-driven enforcement.
  3. Lead cross-org DR programs to improve platform and service resilience across multiple OCI regions/realms, including government and commercial environments.
  4. Lead large-scale migration/modernization programs (e.g., AWS-to-OCI), including dependency mapping, cutover planning, rollback planning, and production readiness coordination.
  5. Drive initiatives that measurably improve platform cost efficiency and engineering productivity: CI/CD improvements, automation, standardization, self-service tooling, and reduced lead time for change.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of technical program/project management, software delivery, or related roles in a software engineering environment.
  • BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading complex technical programs in large-scale software and/or cloud platform environments, coordinating cross-org initiatives with executive visibility.
  • Demonstrated strength in organization, communication, negotiation, and leadership without direct authority; ability to drive adoption through influence (not mandate).
