Principal Technical Support Engineer (integration)

This role is for a Principal Technical Support Engineer focused on integration issues within the Salesforce platform. The responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical problems, collaborating with internal teams, providing guidance on best practices, and contributing to knowledge bases. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with object-oriented programming (especially Java), web services (REST/SOAP), internet technologies, and database management. Experience with microservices, container technologies, and cloud platforms is preferred.
