The Principal TPM will drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs leveraging advanced machine learning, personalization, and ranking algorithms to enhance the Amazon search experience. This role requires strong technical depth in ML systems, a customer-centric approach, and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs that help the organization meet its long-term goals.
  2. Partner with technical, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver results at scale.
  3. Collaborate with science, engineering, product, and UX design to implement scalable, and efficient solutions to key customer problems in search.
  4. Define KPIs and metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement and provide actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
  5. Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
