Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs that help the organization meet its long-term goals. • Partner with technical, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver results at scale. • Collaborate with science, engineering, product, and UX design to implement scalable, and efficient solutions to key customer problems in search. • Define KPIs and metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement and provide actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights. • Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
