Principal Training Consultant - Oncology

This role focuses on delivering and improving training programs for large-scale EHR implementations within federal healthcare environments, with a specialization in Oncology. It involves clinical subject matter expertise, change management, training quality assessment, and stakeholder management, requiring experience in adult learning principles and healthcare workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) across multiple skill levels and audiences, including deployment and go-live training.
  2. Work in partnership with the Design Learning Consultants to review and provide recommended updates to training content and enablement assets (job aids, guides, scenario-based exercises) to reflect workflow and build changes.
  3. Provide clinical subject matter expertise across a specific training program.
  4. Assess trainer effectiveness and provide structured coaching through observations and 1:1 feedback sessions to improve delivery consistency and outcomes.
  5. Track and analyze training KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, completion, proficiency/skill improvements) and tailor training plans accordingly.

  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate data analysis into training strategy and performance improvement
