This role is for a Principal Transformation Technical Program Manager within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The primary focus is on developing and driving large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives to accelerate OCI's growth and operational excellence. The role requires translating business priorities into actionable programs, aligning global stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing complex programs in data center capacity delivery, operational scaling, and process improvement, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure precision in program execution and measurement. The ideal candidate will have strong program delivery expertise in hyperscale or cloud environments, with the ability to influence at the C-level, manage ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the business unit, translating vision into actionable transformation programs that deliver measurable impact.
  2. Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives across data center capacity delivery, operational processes, and organizational capabilities.
  3. Drive continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and operational processes to optimize efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  4. Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and other stakeholders to integrate systems, tools, and processes that enhance business outcomes.
  5. Influence organizational decisions by partnering on hiring, resource allocation, and capability development to support transformation objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Program & Transformation Leadership: 8–12 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise technology environments, with a proven ability to drive transformation and deliver measurable results.
  • Program Management Certification: Professional certification such as Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP required.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic roadmaps, align initiatives to business objectives, and manage interdependencies across multiple programs.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Expertise in process design, workflow optimization, and tool integration to enable scale and efficiency across global operations.
  • Executive Communication & Influence: Strong executive presence with the ability to create visually compelling content, present to C-level stakeholders, and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, including data center delivery, server/GPU rack deployments, and large-scale infrastructure operations.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions that balance technical feasibility, business impact, and long-term scalability.
  • Adaptability & Global Mindset: Comfortable operating across global time zones, managing ambiguity, and adapting to evolving business needs in high-stakes environments.
