Account Executive responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding AWS adoption within a specific sector, focusing on large enterprise accounts and strategic customer relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing and AI adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive AWS adoption for 2-3 large enterprise accounts (conglomerates account such as CK Hutchison, Jardine Matheson, etc)
  2. Develop account strategies with $50M+ revenue targets
  3. Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-suite, board-level discussions
  4. Manage long sales cycles (12-24 months) with multiple decision gates
  5. Lead complex negotiations involving multiple business units, geographies

Skills

Required

  • Experience delivering against a large organization's long-term strategy and goals
  • Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
  • Experience in enterprise scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience
  • Understanding of Hong Kong business landscape and key influence
  • Experience with Cloud technology, GenAI, data analytics, modernization strategies

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of sales team management experience
  • Ex-senior executive from target customer industries with technology leadership experience
