The specialist acts as a thought leader in industry trends and innovation, guiding global collaboration and strategic alignment across geographies, partner tiers, and business units.

What you'd actually do

  1. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Set pipeline and forecasting benchmarks across partner tiers; leverage enterprise-level insights to guide decisions.
  2. New Business Execution: Architect transformational go-to-market initiatives; drive systemic partner-led growth strategies.
  3. Repeatable Sales Plays: Establish frameworks for repeatable sales plays; scale best practices across geographies and partner segments.
  4. Collaboration: Lead global collaboration efforts across functions and business units; shape enterprise-level partner engagement.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Influence Autodesk’s partner strategy through deep market intelligence; lead executive-level partner advocacy.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales and/or partner sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or sufficient related work experience
  • Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proactive approach, flexible, able to operate in constantly changing environment
