Meta is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products supporting Privacy program audit and oversight. This role involves developing an agile product roadmap, establishing shared vision, driving product development with engineers and designers, and defining success metrics. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and two years of experience in program management, strategy, privacy policies, or technology law, with a focus on managing projects and evaluating privacy/security risks.

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
  • Two years of work experience in program management, strategy, management consulting, communications, operations privacy policies, or regulations
  • Two years of experience in privacy or technology law
  • Managing projects
  • Organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements on a project
  • Privacy or security risk evaluation of new products or features
  • Working within a product environment and partnering with product managers and engineering functions
  • Managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
