This role is for a Private Equity Partnerships Manager at Glean, an AI Work platform. The manager will build and scale partnerships with private equity firms, driving adoption of Glean across their portfolios. Responsibilities include structuring commercial frameworks, overseeing deployments, managing PE relationships, identifying AI use cases, and driving revenue and pipeline. Skills

Required

  • 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS and/or fintech across partnerships, BD, sales, PE‑backed operating roles
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments across funds and portfolio companies
  • Experience managing relationships with PE firms and their portfolio companies
  • Experience driving adoption of enterprise software
  • Experience with AI value-creation plays
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML products or platforms
  • Familiarity with Glean's technology stack or competitive landscape
