Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to join their Product Support Team for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). The role involves managing the efficient flow of goods and services, acting as a COLTS database administrator, creating training materials, ensuring asset accountability, liaising with government counterparts, supporting inventory inputs, providing technical consultation on logistics, managing work orders for field repairs, utilizing data for predictive sparing analysis, collecting and reporting technical data, attending meetings for material disposition, operating information management systems, and representing the organization to customers. Requires a Secret security clearance and significant experience as a database administrator.

What you'd actually do

  1. The primary role will be the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) database administrator
  2. Creating and maintaining COLTS training and user manuals
  3. Establish and maintain business practices that ensure asset accountability and visibility
  4. Laisse with government counterparts for physical sparing facilities at IBCS fielded locations
  5. Support the inputs to inventory CDRLs

Skills

Required

  • High school diploma or GED with 10 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or Master's degree with 4 years of experience
  • Understanding of the material replenishment system and technical attributes of supply management
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a database administrator
  • Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance

Nice to have

  • Advanced level knowledge of the COLTS database
  • IUID compliance, marking, and processes
  • Experience with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
  • Experience providing risk management and guidance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Bi desktop
