Salesforce is seeking a Proactive Monitoring Engineer to provide expert-level technical support to high-touch clients, manage support cases, and identify opportunities for automation and proactive monitoring within the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing the use of Salesforce products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide expert-level technical support to high touch clients
  2. Track and maintain all client communications and case documentation in Salesforce
  3. Define follow-through and action plans to case resolution
  4. Manage client support cases on a daily basis
  5. Manage escalations and expectations for both the client and Internal personnel
