This role focuses on editing and managing financial services documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external standards. It involves managing change requests, leading review processes, and optimizing documents for clarity and searchability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and prioritize a dynamic queue of business-as-usual (BAU) change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality updates to published documents.
  2. Lead the annual attestation and review process for assigned documents, coordinating stakeholder collaboration and maintaining audit readiness.
  3. Apply established templates and style guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across all documentation.
  4. Convert procedures to active voice, incorporate numbered lists and if-then tables, and optimize documents for searchability.
  5. Analyze and recommend procedural changes, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements.
