What you'd actually do

  1. Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure the precision and quality of production lines.
  2. Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and minimize defects in the manufacturing process.
  3. Recommend and implement process modifications to improve operational efficiencies, quality and cost performance.
  4. Build high-volume manufacturing capacity to showcase technology capabilities and transfer processes to global manufacturing sites.
  5. Execute equipment maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement activities to meet safety, quality, productivity and yield goals.
