What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate across multiple lines of business to build, deliver, and sustain an automation book of work
  2. Assess existing processes through structured reviews and partner with subject matter experts to identify reengineering and automation opportunities
  3. Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability of operational workflows
  4. Develop management reporting to support prioritization, capacity planning, and progress tracking across automation initiatives
  5. Create dashboard analytics to monitor process improvement KPIs and communicate impact to stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Working knowledge of Python or another modern programming language used for automation and data analysis
  • Experience building automated solutions (e.g., scripts, workflows, or tooling) with the ability to learn and adopt enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate process gaps into practical solutions
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly and explain them to internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize across competing demands
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across different stages of the project lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms such as UiPath and/or Alteryx as well as technical or quantitative discipline preferred
  • Practical experience using AI/LLM capabilities for workflow automation, analysis, or productivity improvements
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and/or operational reengineering
  • Experience building KPI dashboards and operational metrics for continuous improvement tracking with financial services experience preferred
  • Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
