Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Process Design & Continuous Improvement Manager (Finance)
Poznań, Poland
**Your responsibilities:**
- Ensure efficient Accounting & Finance (A&F) processes for John Deere´s operations in Europe, including (but not limited to) Account Payables, General Ledger, Forecasting, Cost accounting, Payroll, Local Reporting…
- Partner with John Deere European Operations and Global IT to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Support expansion of the Shared Service model to new internal entities.
- Support the integration of new systems and various finance transformation projects.
- Track KPIs to improve performance and service quality.
- Revise and update procedures and policies.
- Manage a team of 3 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Our requirements:
- University Degree in Finance or related to process improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and with IT professionals.
- Language Requirements: English B2, both written and spoken. Polish not required.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and a good understanding of VAT compliance matters.
- A strong passion for process improvement, ideally with experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate complex or challenging discussions and drive win-win outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
