The scientist will develop and implement plans for facility modifications and operating method revisions, contribute to project milestones, provide technical expertise, review process data, solve problems, support training, and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
  2. Provide technical knowledge, expertise and evaluation for other support functions.
  3. Review procedures, process performance data, and solve process problems.
  4. Support training development and management.
  5. Monitor and manage the efforts of colleagues to achieve delivery of short-term goals.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people or processes
  • Laboratory experience required (testing, data reviewing, or other supporting activities for laboratory operation)
  • Basic functional and technical knowledge of the discipline
