What you'd actually do

  3. Complete process and equipment qualifications and validations.
  4. Conduct experiments and trials to validate process changes and collect data.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or Associate's degree and 3 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP, etc.).

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in process engineering or a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Experience with process capability analysis and Gage R&R.
  • Knowledge of materials or acoustics.
