What you'd actually do

  1. Design and validate new processes and fixtures, and plan sequence of operations for the manufacture of ceramic devices
  2. Create manufacturing engineering documentation
  3. Provide technical guidance to the production process operators pertaining to training, failure analysis, process methodology, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
  4. Troubleshoot production hardware to determine root cause of failures/defects followed by identifying and implementing both interim and permanent corrective actions.
  5. Create and analyze metrics to target cost and efficiency improvements.

  • STEM Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience OR PhD with 1 year of professional experience
