Process Engineer (pcp) 15 Months Training Programme

Pfizer is offering a 15-month Career Progression Program (CCP) for fresh graduates or mid-career professionals in Singapore to develop skills in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The program includes training on manufacturing instructions, process control systems, quality and EHS investigations, process improvements, and team collaboration. A degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or Science (Chemistry major) is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop Manufacturing / Operating Instructions and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the process control system recipe / models.
  3. Investigate, report and troubleshoot findings on both quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing, cleaning or during batch record review.
  4. Develop, implement and monitor robust preventive measures for processing issues.
  5. Play a proactive role in ensuring the site safety and quality standards are adhered to.

Skills

Required

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with Major in Chemistry
  • Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Process Engineering and Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
