This role focuses on process improvement and operational excellence within a large enterprise, involving the development and implementation of training programs that utilize AI tools for process analysis. The associate will collaborate with teams to support change initiatives, analyze data, and communicate findings, with a foundational knowledge in process modeling and mapping.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support development and implementation of a training programs that will teach clients how to use process and task mining tools combined with AI to analyze processes and implement improvements.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to support process improvement and organizational change initiatives while creating and leveraging process models and maps.
  3. Assist in project planning and execution, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals.
  5. Engage in continuous learning and skill development.

Skills

Required

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training, process modeling/mapping, process improvement, data analysis, or project management.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional client management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data mining and analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in relationship building, with experience in supporting diverse teams with varied experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and adapt.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital process tools and AI systems.
  • Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools including process modeling and mapping.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and change management principles.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Utilize systems thinking to analyze complex processes and identify areas for optimization and integration.
