What you'd actually do

  1. Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for incoming technology transfers.
  2. Establish workflows, procedures, and equipment configurations for manufacturing modules.
  3. Analyze structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
  4. Drive low yield analysis and yield improvement activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Ensure continuous improvement programs are implemented to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, Material, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor processing or assembly and test environments.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, including querying, cleaning, statistical analysis, visualization, and drawing actionable conclusions using tools such as JMP or similar.
  • Proven knowledge of yield improvement, and problem-solving methods, such as FMEA, excursion management, and 8D reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply programming and automation tools for productivity improvement.

Nice to have

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability to manage key stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with implementing AI/ML-based automation to enhance manufacturing processes.
