This role is for a Process Manager focused on Incentive Operations within Capital One's financial services network. This includes overseeing transaction validation, mitigating payout leakage, and driving automation for manual data workflows in a highly regulated environment.

  1. Own the end-to-end design, execution, governance, and optimization of complex reward, volume-based incentive, and rebate calculation workflows for automated and manual incentives.
  2. Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  4. Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
  5. Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
