Process Optimization Manager

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Process Optimization Leadership to drive DT’s overall process optimization program, deploying LEAN Six Sigma methodologies and tools, where appropriate to improve business processes, in alignment with strategic and related programs
  2. Identify, prioritize and lead process optimization initiatives that align with organizational goals, DT’s enterprise strategy and that put the customer at the center of service delivery
  3. Drive measurable improvements in cost reduction, cycle time, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency
  4. Manage process improvement projects, ensuring project delivery expectations around time, budget and scope are met
  5. Collect, analyze, interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights for program stakeholders of all levels
