**Purpose: **
Join a high-performing operations team at the forefront of automated medical device manufacturing. As a Process Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maximizing equipment performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring reliable, high-quality production in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
We’re looking for hands-on, solutions-focused technicians who thrive on problem-solving and want to develop their expertise in advanced manufacturing systems.
**As a Process Technician, you will: **
- Maintain and optimize performance on high-volume automated manufacturing lines
- Monitor line performance data to identify and resolve downtime, cycle time, and yield issues
- Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting
- Support planned and reactive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency, output, and reliability
- Repair, replace, and fine-tune key components including robots, sensors, and vision systems
- Support equipment setup, calibration, and technical changeovers
- Partner with Engineering to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and high performance
Qualification/Requirement:
- Minimum Level 6 qualification (120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical discipline (essential requirement)
- Proven hands-on experience in a technical environment (e.g. maintenance, automation, electrical, mechanical, fitting, motor mechanics, etc.)
- Exposure to automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
