Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an **Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent **to join our Engine Management team in Everett, Washington.
The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage an engine company.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement and supply‑chain strategies for engine programs.
- Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non‑conformance resolution.
- Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier‑related technical issues.
- Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards.
- Mentor junior staff and lead cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
- Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment and working directly with program leaders
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time internationally/domestically
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) process
- Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills

Summary pay range:
Experienced (Level 3) - $94,350 - $127,650 USD
Senior (Level 4) – $118,150 - $159,850 USD
