Procurement Analyst

This role is for a Procurement Analyst at Boeing, focusing on Master Data management within SAP for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. The analyst will support strategy development, track procurement plans, gather business requirements, design end-to-end processes, and manage testing and deployment activities within an Agile methodology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
  2. Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  3. Drive workshops, fit‑gap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements.
  4. Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  5. Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years’ experience working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices
  • 5+ years’ experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • 5+ years' experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

Nice to have

  • 8+ years’ experience working in supply chain supplier management, procurement processes and practices
  • 8+ years' experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • 8+ years' experience in supplier management, in procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst, Supply Chain Item Manager or Supply Base Manager
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • 3+ years experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • Project management and team-lead experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
