We are searching for the best talent for **a Procurement and Ariba Specialist to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. **
**You will be responsible for: **
1-Ariba Preparer: Lebanon & Syria
- Create new suppliers in cornerstone (database) attaching correct documents.
- Prepares Purchase Request in Ariba with attention to detail on GL and cost centers
- Receives automatically generated PO and emails supplier and/or requestor.
- Runs open PO reports to ensure timely receipts are done, limiting mismatched.
- Receives confirmation of delivery/service from requestor and timely receipt on Ariba (before invoice is received).
- Expedite overdue orders with Requestor and follows up on mismatches.
2-Tender Management Support:
- Create tenders and contracts through i-tender
- Process performance bonds for awarded tenders on CitiDirect and with KBC
- Maintain a tracker for all open performance bonds
3- OPEX Coordination:
- Ensure a harmonized understanding of the process and an accurate and on-time implementation of
- tasks by the different BOs
- Coordinate the collection of the Planned activities between the different budget owners and in the
- different countries (if applicable), during the business planning exercise.
- Monthly monitoring of the activities in close collaboration with the Budget Owners and BUMs/Country
Manages (if needed) where the below is needed on a monthly basis:
- Check the past activities with the Budget owners and update the spending
- Check the future activities with the Budget Owners and update the planning
- Follow up on the Budget changes such as budget transfers, budget cuts and growth plans.
- OPEX reconciliation with Ariba preparers & finance
4- Follow Up on Iraq distributors OPEX audit and maintain trackers of the deviation.
