Procurement Business Partner responsible for end-to-end procurement operations and strategic sourcing across EMEA markets, with a focus on Real Estate & Workplace and Professional Services categories. This role involves building procurement infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and partnering with various business stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end procurement operations for all EMEA purchasing, from intake and sourcing through negotiation, contracting, and ongoing vendor management
  2. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across EMEA categories with particular focus on Real Estate & Workplace (office buildouts, facilities management, FF&E) and Professional Services (Big 4 advisory, audit, consulting, legal services)
  3. Serve as the embedded procurement partner to EMEA teams across Workplace, Finance, Legal, People, and other functions
  4. Partner with Legal, Security, TPRM, and Finance to ensure EMEA vendor engagements meet compliance and risk requirements across jurisdictions
  5. Develop procurement documentation, training materials, and best practice guides tailored to EMEA operations

Skills

Required

  • 7-10 years in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, or category management
  • Demonstrated experience managing procurement across multiple geographies and navigating EMEA contracting, compliance, and vendor structures
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Real Estate & Workplace procurement or Professional Services (Big 4 consulting, advisory, audit, legal)
  • Experience with Zip, NetSuite, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms
  • Track record of independently leading complex vendor negotiations
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with basic SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for vendor and spend analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts
  • Understanding of financial controls, vendor risk management, and procurement compliance requirements in EMEA contexts

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology or AI/ML companies
  • Background in EMEA or EMEA office buildout procurement
  • Experience with Big 4 or major professional services firm engagement management
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure procurement (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience supporting month-end close processes (accruals, PO reconciliation)
  • CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, or other relevant procurement certifications
  • Experience at hyper-growth or high-growth technology companies
