MWM offers energy solutions based on high-performance gas engines, used in highly efficient combined heat and power (CHP) plants for decentralized energy generation. Manager Procurement (m/f/d)
What will be your task at this position?
- Lead, develop and manage the growing procurement department for power generation solutions equipment
- Define and execute the procurement strategy for Balance of Plant (BoP) content
- Own the Procurement Execution Plan and the contracting strategy for BoP scope
- Manage timely and quality supply, govern commercial risks and claims, and manage end-to-end logistics.
What do we expect from a suitable candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project procurement and enthusiasm for working in international, cross functional projects
- Strong business mindset with a clear customer and value creation focus
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English
