This role supports the Procurement team by acting as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, resolving system-related issues, and organizing training sessions. It requires strong English and Spanish language skills, a technical mindset for working with systems, and an understanding of procurement processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a liaison between the company and the external stakeholders, supporting them in various questions about the NextGen system
  2. Supporting internal users with system-issues
  3. Creating and organising training sessions for suppliers and internal users
  4. Looking for opportunities to improve our processes and implement changes if possible

Skills

Required

  • Advanced English and Spanish language knowledge both written and spoken
  • Technical mindset
  • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
  • General understanding of procurement and/or supply chain processes
  • Willingness and ability to work in 2-shifts from Monday to Friday

Nice to have

  • Customer service and/or helpdesk experience
  • Coupa and/or NextGen system knowledge
  • Any other European language knowledge is greatly appreciated especially French or Dutch
