Product Acceptance Specialist

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to support the IRCSC (Interiors Responsibility Center) based out of **Ladson, South Carolina **on variable shift.
Position Responsibilities:
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
- Provides objective evidence of results
- Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring
- Identifies and documents discrepancies
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items
- Performs preliminary review of non-conformance
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
- 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1+ year of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
- 1+ year of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing and able to work a variable shift
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ year of experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis
- 1+ year of fabrication experience
- 1+ year of experience using Velocity and CMES systems experience
- 1+ year of experience working in a cross-functional work environment
- 1+ year of experience in a formal or information team leadership role
