Product Analyst – Access Reporting Team

Product Analyst role focused on supporting the execution of APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, and the JPMorgan Access web platform within a regulated fintech environment. Responsibilities include translating product direction into requirements, managing delivery plans, coordinating releases, and supporting go-to-market activities. The role will leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support product planning and roadmap execution by structuring inputs, organizing priorities, capturing trade-offs, and preparing materials that enable clear decisions, aligned backlogs, delivery checkpoints, and stakeholder communications.
  2. Support discovery and voice-of-customer efforts by gathering and synthesizing feedback into themes and problem statements, maintaining an intake view of recurring needs, and coordinating lightweight validation (e.g., demos or surveys) in a structured format.
  3. Support intake management and requirements definition by translating business problems into clear product artifacts, including user needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintained backlog hygiene.
  4. Own product documentation hygiene by keeping feature briefs/PRDs current (where used), maintaining decision logs and key assumptions, and ensuring traceability, consistency, and governance readiness from problem statement through outcomes and metrics.
  5. Support delivery and Agile execution by coordinating sprint planning inputs, tracking dependencies and progress, supporting delivery governance, coordinating UAT and readiness tracking, and preparing release notes, readiness artifacts, communications, and post-release follow-through.
