Product Analyst role supporting E2E Technical Product Manager and Product Owners in enabling and executing aligned technology capabilities across MES, Digital, and Labeling systems within the Electrophysiology Supply Chain. Focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting backlog execution, and ensuring consistent capability development and enablement across sites and product domains.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support Product Owners and E2E TPM in translating business priorities into detailed product requirements and backlog items.
  2. Build, refine, and manage user stories, use cases, and process flows for product teams.
  3. Understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical deliverables.
  4. Act as a key liaison between business users, Product Owners, and technical teams.
  5. Support development of UAT scripts and testing scenarios.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or IT delivery roles
  • Experience of supporting Agile delivery teams and backlog management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (MES preferred)
  • Experience with backlog management and Agile delivery practices
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across

Nice to have

  • Experience working with manufacturing systems, MES, Digital platforms, or Labeling systems preferred.
