What you'd actually do

  1. Support in processing and structuring customer feedback, helping the team identify patterns, common issues, and opportunities to improve product quality and usability
  2. Support in creating visualizations, querying data, and analyzing quality signals to help track performance and guide product improvements
  3. Support in testing, validation, and QA, including helping validate behavior changes during migrations and ensuring outputs meet expected standards for accuracy and consistency
  4. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to help clarify requirements, document expected behavior, and support reliable delivery across releases
  5. Help maintain lightweight documentation, reports, and follow-ups that make it easier for teams to understand quality, progress, and where to focus next

Skills

Required

  • Experience in a product analyst, data analyst, QA, product operations, or similar role in a technology-driven environment
  • Comfort working with data, for example by using SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, or other tooling to explore issues and communicate insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding how systems behave end-to-end
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills: you’ll help summarize findings, document outcomes, and support structured collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting testing, validation, or quality assurance activities is a plus
  • Interest in developing deeper expertise over time in areas like quality analysis, structured modelling, and data-driven product improvement
