What you'd actually do

  1. Owning Canva’s product and localisation strategy for Vietnam , ensuring every experience feels culturally relevant and locally intuitive
  2. Partnering with Product, Growth, Payments and Authentication teams to influence the Vietnam product roadmap (features, payment methods, onboarding, subscription flows)
  3. Analysing user and subscription funnels to identify growth opportunities and unlock new value for Vietnamese users
  4. Adapting global campaigns, messaging, and in-product experiences to resonate authentically in the Vietnamese market
  5. Working closely with linguists and the Vietnamese Language Manager to evolve tone of voice, language quality and localisation best practices
