Product Associate role focused on using AI tooling, RAG, and LLMs to enhance core Product Management workflows like research synthesis, writing, analysis, and prototyping within employee platforms at JPMorgan Chase. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify customer and business problems worth solving by supporting lean, AI-augmented discovery, including synthesizing research inputs, mapping workflows, and helping draft clear problem statements.
  2. Use AI tools daily to draft and refine requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision artifacts, improving clarity and speed while maintaining strong judgment and accountability.
  3. Contribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation, creating lightweight artifacts such as mock flows, copy variants, and testable concepts, and helping translate learnings into iteration proposals.
  4. Collect, analyze, and communicate product performance metrics to support prioritization and delivery decisions, including basic funnel, adoption, time, cost, and quality signals.
  5. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other partners to drive execution and delivery of product initiatives, taking hands-on ownership of day-to-day coordination to ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
  • Solid understanding of and hands-on experience across the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping approaches and tools, including no-code or low-code tools.
  • Foundational data literacy, including comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and simple analyses to inform product decisions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in using AI tools to improve day-to-day work, including writing, synthesis, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Builder mindset and comfort learning by doing, including rapid iteration, lightweight prototyping, and supporting experiments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to connect work to user and business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI or ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompting, evaluation concepts, and agent or tool-calling patterns.
  • Experience using AI tools for PM workflows such as research synthesis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping support.
